I also checked his credentials, and everything was in order. What really set him apart was that he was the only vendor who recognized my rental property’s requirements and recommended the 5ft fence – and even after the other two initially quoted a lower price, they adjusted theirs to match.   “I was really pleased with Kurt and his team – they did an absolutely fantastic job on my pool fence. They replaced four posts that were damaged and expertly welded them back in. Plus, they completely repainted the whole fence. They were incredibly clean and efficient throughout the whole process, and they even took the time to adjust the latch so it works smoothly. Kurt was fantastic too; he followed up a couple of days later to address a small issue and ensure all the caps were in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier!” report abuse

They built a fantastic amount of new fencing, and the custom gates and top rail they created for my existing block wall were absolutely perfect – truly tailored to my needs.   “Overall, the company completed the work, but the final payment process was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Kurt, the owner, seemed to assume we weren’t going to pay and was dismissive of our presence and the fact that my investor was already prepared to pay. He was unapologetic and, frankly, rude, ultimately hanging up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this company – there are much better options out there.” report abuse

  “I used his online form to get a quote, and he promptly called to schedule an appointment for the following day. However, he completely missed the appointment and didn’t even let me know he wasn’t coming.   “I had a really frustrating experience. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Kurt, the owner, who set one up for the next morning. Unfortunately, he didn't show up, and I received no communication from him – he didn't call or answer his phone. It was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.   “I unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with this business. The owner was completely unresponsive – I called multiple times and he never showed up.
