Steve was incredibly patient with us – we spent quite a few hours in his store, trying out different samples, and even brought a few sets home to compare. He was always so attentive, responding quickly to texts and even came out to our house a couple of times to ensure we were completely happy with the selections. We really appreciate that Eisenhour only carries high-quality products, giving us peace of mind knowing our floors will last.   Working with Eisenhour on our new home’s floors was truly a fantastic experience. Steve, Nate, and Ramon did an absolutely amazing job – they finished around 2,500 square feet of engineered hardwood, and we were blown away by their attention to detail and how consistently they went above and beyond. Despite a slight delay in the installation, they were always punctual, worked diligently, and kept us fully informed. We got several bids for the project, and Eisenhour’s was right on target, with a clear and transparent quote. Honestly, it was just so refreshing to work with a team that was so professional and committed.   I absolutely have to recommend Eisenhour Flooring – seriously, I couldn’t say enough good things about them. As a former Marine, I’m a stickler for detail, and my whole experience with them was top-notch. It’s a family business run by Steve and his son, and they really know their stuff when it comes to hardwood and vinyl plank flooring. They have a great selection at prices that are much better than the big box stores, while still offering a really personal service. We had them install new flooring in our home, which involved removing the old carpet and existing flooring, including removing baseboards and cabinet trim. The installation itself was fantastic – the new flooring looks absolutely amazing, and they even took extra care reinstalling everything perfectly, with just a little bit of touch-up work. If you’re thinking about getting rid of that old carpet or worn-out floors, I highly recommend checking out Eisenhour Flooring.   I couldn’t be happier with the new hardwood floors! The whole process was so easy and stress-free – they kept the mess to a minimum and were incredibly efficient. Steve, the owner, was fantastic, really helping me choose the perfect wood – we went with the Allora Volto, which is 7 1/2 inches wide – and his son, Nate, was absolutely brilliant. He was so meticulous and took such pride in his work, even going the extra mile by perfectly undercutting the baseboards. I highly recommend this team – they did a fantastic job! report abuse
