  “Overall, the millwork installation on our new home was disappointing. Much of the door molding arrived damaged – it looked like it had been dragged, and the doors themselves had chips and cracks that were clearly not consistent with a brand new house. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. After I contacted them about the initial issues, a fantastic technician came out to repair a large portion of the damage. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly. Because of his excellent work, I’m raising my rating.” report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned by what I witnessed. I saw one of their drivers nearly collide with my mother’s car while attempting to merge into traffic, and then repeated this dangerous behavior at another location. It was reckless and frankly disrespectful. Based on this single incident, I have serious doubts about their driving standards and their overall professionalism. I also worry about how they might treat their customers. report abuse
