  Frank did a really good job installing my new window, and I was pleased with the installation itself. My only concern was that the window arrived with a bit of a smudge, and it wasn’t quite as clear as I’d hoped for being brand new. Frank explained that it might be related to a possible issue with the dual panes, which would be covered by the warranty. I ended up cleaning the window myself, both inside and out, and it now looks fantastic – just as I expected it to!” report abuse

  “This was a fantastic experience, and I wanted to specifically commend Andrew. He was incredibly professional, communicated clearly about his arrival time, and his work was spotless. But what really stood out was his genuine kindness – he patiently and carefully handled my anxious dogs when he first arrived. What was truly special was his ability to connect with someone beyond just the job. He noticed an adult with autism was just curious about what he was doing and wanted to chat, and he responded with such warmth and understanding. It really brightened my day!   “I just wanted to share how incredibly relieved we were to find [Company Name]! My buyers were really stuck waiting for the sellers to replace a cracked window – the appraiser had specifically requested it – and the seller’s agent used a handyman who unfortunately caused a huge mess. The window arrived in three pieces, glued back together with sealant all over the frame and sill – it was a complete disaster! But you guys stepped in and completely turned things around. I’d had a bad experience with another company who significantly inflated the price for a standard glass panel, so I was looking for a more reasonable option. Glassbusters were fantastic – they scheduled a convenient appointment, were incredibly professional, and used lasers to guarantee a perfect fit with my existing shower panel.   “I’ve been really pleased with GlassBusters – they’re definitely better than the other glass suppliers in the area. From start to finish, I’ve always felt treated with respect and they’ve been incredibly helpful answering all my questions. Plus, they’ve always been accurate with their estimated delivery times, which is fantastic considering how long it’s taking to get building supplies lately. The glass itself has been great, but I’ve noticed a few minor cosmetic issues like small scratches and suction cup marks that I haven’t been able to get rid of.
