  “I was so relieved when Jack and Sunny were able to get my windshield replaced so quickly – I had a small chip that quickly turned into a big crack in the Arizona heat! Serenity, the scheduler, was fantastic and got me in right away. The whole process was incredibly smooth and professional; they were both so knowledgeable and efficient, finishing the job in just 20 minutes.   “I was so pleased with Raben Glass – they were fantastic to work with after a golf ball cracked my large front window last year. I’d been recommended by my insurance agent, and I’m really glad I went with them. They responded quickly, sending someone out to measure and providing a quote within a week, and even a second, more detailed quote within a day. It took me a little while to actually get back to them, but they honored their original quote and sent Brayton out again for a check measurement. Brayton was just wonderful – really friendly and professional, and he was incredibly careful to avoid any glass getting into the yard (which was great with my dog!). When a little bit did end up in the rocks, they took the time to clean it up completely. They had the new window installed within a week, and Brayton and Byron were both outstanding.   Overall, my experience with Raben Glass was pretty frustrating. I genuinely want to give them a good review, but the communication was a real issue. I started the process on March 15th, and my glass was actually installed on May 4th. Getting started was difficult – I had to make several calls just to get a quote, and then another few to schedule the repair itself. After waiting ten business days, I never received a call back to finalize the installation. I ended up spending weeks chasing them down for updates, and they didn’t even let me know when the installation would be delayed. The actual glass work was done by a really great guy – he was incredibly efficient and polite, and I’d give him five stars. However, because of the lack of communication and the delays, I was very disappointed. While the glass is good for the price, I definitely prefer a company that’s responsive and keeps you informed. report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by Raben Glass – they were incredibly professional and friendly, which is exactly what you want when dealing with something like this. And to top it off, their prices were fantastic! Stephanie was amazing; she was so patient and helpful, especially since it was my first time getting glass replaced.
