  Working with Mariano & Co. was an absolute pleasure – we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of our recent home addition. From the very beginning, their professionalism and genuine commitment to doing a fantastic job were clear. They completely transformed our house by adding a beautiful office and butler’s pantry, and they paid such incredible attention to detail, using really high-quality materials. The new addition just fits perfectly with our existing home and roof, creating a really stunning and incredibly functional space that far exceeded what we’d hoped for. What really stood out was how responsive and reliable they were. They stuck to the schedule perfectly and always got back to us quickly. Even while we were on vacation, they took the initiative to sort out a small issue – they even changed out a beeping smoke detector battery! It’s clear they truly care about their clients. Now, we’ve actually become regular clients – they handle all our home improvements. Just recently, we had a water heater problem over the weekend, and they were there within a couple of hours to fix it. It’s fantastic to have a contractor we can absolutely trust, and we wholeheartedly recommend Mariano & Co. to anyone looking for a top-notch construction team. report abuse

  Honestly, the biggest issue with this place is the management. The owner, Vic, talks a big game about excellent service, but it’s clear he doesn't actually understand how to provide it. I strongly recommend avoiding Mariano & Co. – it’s best to steer clear. report abuse

  Mariano completely transformed our kitchen and master bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Chris Vierkoetter was fantastic – he really guided us through the whole process, from initial planning and budgeting to the final walk-through. Erin’s design was stunning, and she took the time to personally help us choose every material. Mariano and his team were incredibly responsive, keeping us updated with a detailed plan each night, which made coordinating with the construction staff so easy. Everyone was so polite, knowledgeable, and quick to address any small concerns that came up. It was truly an outstanding experience, and definitely worth the investment; our home looks absolutely refreshed and new! report abuse

  I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I was with Mariano & Company, especially Pete. We had a complete hot water heater failure overnight, and they responded immediately – even on a weekend! Within a half hour, they’d scheduled a plumber who arrived and fixed the problem the same day. It’s such a relief knowing we have a reliable company like Mariano & Company we can count on during a stressful situation like this. Truly top-notch service. report abuse

  Honestly, I was blown away by this company. From start to finish, everyone who worked in my home was not just skilled – they were genuinely wonderful people who clearly love their jobs. It’s so refreshing! What really stood out was how professionally run they are. Their processes and communication between teams were incredibly smooth and efficient. When things inevitably came up (and they always do!), they immediately got everyone involved who needed to be, and the problem was resolved quickly. It was truly remarkable. The quality of the final work was exceptional; it looked absolutely professional and magazine-worthy, and I didn’t spend a fortune on the project. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them – they’re definitely my “contractor for life”! I especially want to thank Lucien, Rebecca, and Jose for their fantastic work. report abuse

  Working with Mariano & CO was truly a fantastic experience – they completely transformed our kitchen, guest bathrooms, and master bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Lucien was amazing, keeping us fully in the loop throughout the entire project. The whole team was just wonderful to work with. We especially appreciated the daily updates from the field operations manager, which kept us informed about who was coming and what they were working on each day. Michelle and Lauren were brilliant with the planning and design, helping us realize our vision perfectly. And the crew – Francisco, Steve, Troy, Rob, Efrain, Dave, Tom, Phil – were incredible! They were so professional, detail-oriented, and cleaned up the worksite every day. It was really special how friendly they were too; they even took the time to chat with our kids and play with our new puppy – they were a real part of the family!   We were absolutely thrilled with the guest house Mariano & Co built for us. Pete Limon was a fantastic construction manager – he really took the hassle out of the permitting process and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. He always answered our questions and addressed our concerns quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't have been happier with the results.   We were absolutely thrilled with the recent remodel Mariano and Co. completed for us. From the very beginning, Vic was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always kept us fully in the loop. Michelle and Erin, the design team, were amazing too! They really listened to our vision and guided us through the whole process, whether we wanted a lot of input or just wanted them to take the lead. They genuinely didn’t stop until we were 100% satisfied. Jim and his crew were incredibly skilled and the quality of their work was outstanding. They kept us updated daily on their progress and what to expect, which made us feel so much more at ease. And Lucien, who oversaw the entire project, was a real gem – he was so attentive to our concerns and always found solutions that worked for us. It’s clear that Mariano and Co. goes above and beyond. We know a remodel can have its challenges, but the way they handled everything was truly exceptional, especially considering the current market conditions.
