  “I contacted them to get a lawn mowing quote, but they only work with businesses or HOAs. When I asked if they could recommend a reliable person, they took my number and said they’d pass it along to a couple of others who would call me back. It felt really strange and inflexible – why couldn’t they just share the contact information of the people they recommended? I ended up hanging up because of the whole process. Honestly, it just didn't seem like a professional service, and I’ll be looking for someone else to handle my lawn care.” report abuse

  “We’ve been using this landscaping service for a while now, and while they do a decent job with the front yards in our neighborhood, we’ve had a few frustrating issues. They consistently blow leaves from our driveway and yard onto our patio, which is really annoying. More concerningly, last week while they were trimming a tree, a low branch brushed against my car and the worker didn’t seem to notice – my husband had to point it out to him.” report abuse
