  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Sun Master Masonry. We recently built a new home and had a wall installed with a pool safety spring. Just six months later, a significant section of the wall has already separated, leaving it only attached at the bottom. When we contacted them for warranty service, they immediately claimed the spring voided the warranty and refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship. It seems they’re blaming the spring for a clearly substandard installation. Honestly, the whole situation has been a nightmare – poor quality, poor execution, and absolutely terrible customer service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Sun Master Masonry.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with this new construction home. Just two months after closing, I’ve already noticed the fence is splitting in multiple places – about five, actually. The builder hasn't offered to fix it, and I’ve talked to several of my neighbors who’ve had the same problem.
