“I’m incredibly disappointed with Sun Master Masonry. We built a new home six months ago and had a wall installed with a pool spring for safety – which, of course, required state approval. Unfortunately, the short side of the wall has already completely separated, leaving it only attached at the bottom. I contacted their warranty department, and they immediately denied coverage, claiming the spring voids the warranty and blaming the issue on me. It’s absolutely ridiculous! The fact that simply opening or closing the gate would cause the entire wall to come loose demonstrates a shockingly poor quality of workmanship and utterly unacceptable customer service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Sun Master Masonry.”
