Overall, this is a lovely community – it’s really kept very clean and peaceful. However, parking can be a real challenge due to a high number of vehicles and the presence of work trailers, which limits available spaces.
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed. The clubhouse, pool, and gym areas are fantastic – really well-maintained and enjoyable. However, the constant stream of new rules and the fact that they’re quick to tow vehicles for minor infractions makes the whole experience frustrating. Parking is also a major issue.

“The complex is really well-maintained – both pools are sparkling clean and in fantastic condition.”
-
“We’ve really settled into this neighborhood – we’ve been here for eight years now. It’s a fantastic place to raise a family, and I especially love taking my grandson to the little park when he comes to visit.”
-
“I’ve been a resident at Aspenwood for about six years now, and I honestly can’t thank the community enough. It’s been such a wonderful and supportive place for us, especially as we recently moved into a new home. I want to particularly highlight Mel at the office – she’s just fantastic and so incredibly kind.”
-
“I want to express how much I appreciate Mel’s work here. Since she started, I’ve been consistently impressed with her positive attitude and dedication. I especially want to thank her for proactively ensuring residents are adhering to the rules, particularly concerning things like swimming in the common areas.”
-
“I primarily shop at the Community Patio Sale – we live in a nice gated community with a two-story, three-bedroom home, and we’re actually considering downsizing and looking for something a little smaller.”
-
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here – it’s been a great experience since we moved in a couple of months ago. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful, and the staff have been fantastic. It’s good to know they’re still relatively new to managing the property, so hopefully things will stay consistent. The lot rents are a really good deal, especially considering it’s an all-ages park, and we’ve been happy with the pet-friendly aspect too.
-
“I’m really looking forward to moving into the park on November 1st. I’ve been driving around since mid-October to get a feel for the area, and so far, the only thing I’ve noticed that seems like a potential issue is some of the ongoing construction.”
-
“This trailer park used to be really well-kept, even compared to other trailer parks. However, it’s sadly started to decline over the last couple of years. There’s a lot of trash and clutter—things left out in front of the trailers and in the carports—which isn’t ideal.”
