  “Overall, it’s a really nice community – it’s kept very clean and peaceful. However, parking can be a real challenge due to a lot of residents having multiple vehicles and some using work trailers, which significantly limits the available spaces.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed. The clubhouse, pool, and gym areas are fantastic – truly well-maintained. However, the constant, overly strict rules and the frequent towing of cars for minor infractions completely ruined the experience. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with, and there’s never enough parking available. report abuse

  “I’ve been a resident at Aspenwood for about six years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. It really felt like a safe and supportive place for us, especially as we recently moved into a new home.   “I primarily visit for the Community Patio Sale – we’re a residents of a gated community with two-story homes, around 3000 square feet, and we’ve actually been considering downsizing lately.” report abuse

  “I’ve really enjoyed living here – I’ve only been in a couple of months – and so far it’s been a fantastic experience. The neighbors are really friendly and helpful, and the staff have been great. It’s good to know they just sold the property, so hopefully things will stay as they are. The lot rents are a great deal, especially for an all-ages park, and I appreciate that it’s a pet-friendly community.” report abuse

  “I’m really looking forward to moving into the park on November 1st. I’ve been driving around since mid-October to get a feel for the area, and so far, the only thing I’ve noticed that seems like a potential issue is some of the ongoing construction.” report abuse

  “This trailer park used to be really well-kept, honestly. But recently, it’s started to decline a bit. There’s quite a bit of trash and clutter around – lots of people have items piled up in their yards or storage areas.” report abuse
