“I just wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic service! The driver was wonderful, and I was really impressed that the representative went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule. It was so easy and stress-free – no unexpected charges or time-based fees like I’ve encountered with other companies. I’m genuinely impressed and will absolutely be recommending you and using your services again for future projects.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent experience. They initially gave me a quote, but then changed the price at the last minute, added a fuel charge on top of that, and even gave me a shorter length than what was initially promised. When I questioned this, they just kept insisting their scales were accurate. Sadly, this whole experience left me feeling misled and I won't be returning as a customer.”

“Overall, this was a fantastic experience! The driver was truly outstanding – very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone involved.”

Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I really have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience working here. I spent almost two years as a mechanic, and I was consistently impressed by the team – they were incredibly friendly, humble, and always showed respect. They genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer service, which is something I haven't seen at many other companies, big or small. Of course, it’s a busy city, and sometimes things run a little behind due to traffic. And let’s be honest, credit card fees exist everywhere, so that’s not a unique issue. As for the concrete work itself, the quality really depends on the individual doing the job – if you're not happy with the finish, you’d probably benefit from improving your own skills or seeking out a more experienced finisher. Honestly, I've been blown away by the results they consistently produce. It’s great to see them thriving and competing against those larger national companies!”

“I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I ordered 60 yards of concrete, and they were significantly late with the delivery – over two hours for the first truck and another hour for the last. Because I had a pump truck on-site, this delay resulted in a hefty bill from the pump company due to standby time. To add to the problem, they also charged me extra fees for using my credit card and fuel, which they didn't disclose beforehand. What really bothered me was their lack of communication. I tried repeatedly to reach the owner, Rick, but he consistently avoided my calls and never followed up. It felt completely unethical, and frankly, they weren’t willing to address any of the issues I raised. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience using AZ Ready Mix. I’ve had to use them multiple times, and frankly, the concrete quality is consistently poor – it’s really only suitable for very basic, low-level work. You absolutely won’t get a good finish with their product. Worse still, we weren't informed about the credit card processing fees until the delivery guys brought us the ticket, and I found the customer service, specifically with Bridget, to be quite rude when I inquired about them. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers. I’ve tried reaching out to them repeatedly with no response, and I’m now adding them to my do not call list. It also seems some of the positive reviews I’ve seen online might be from people who work for the company, which makes me even more concerned about their honesty.

“Dom really knocked it out of the park – he got the job done efficiently and left everything spotless. Couldn’t have asked for a better result.”
-
“The driver was punctual and really professional. The slump I ordered arrived just as I’d requested.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. The concrete delivery driver, John, didn’t inform us until the very end that he needed to clear out his truck’s chute in our yard, leaving us with a significant amount of leftover concrete – about half a yard – that we had to dispose of ourselves. To make matters worse, he was spraying down his chute, resulting in concrete splatters all over our house and landscaping. I contacted the manager, Rick, three weeks ago about this, and he completely ignored my concerns. He only offered a solution after the concrete had hardened, saying he couldn’t handle the mess in our yard, which was a direct result of the delivery.”

“I was really impressed with this company! They were able to get my concrete delivered and poured so quickly – by 9am after I called around 5pm. The driver was fantastic, super professional and helpful, and the office staff were also great and really assisted me with the finishing details. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for all my concrete projects.”
