  Overall, it’s a really lovely and peaceful park – my mom’s particularly happy there. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it well-maintained and it feels very safe. It’s a small community, which is nice, and there’s still plenty to keep you occupied. Just be aware that the parking fees are a little on the higher side. report abuse

  “We’ve been coming to this park for seven years now, and it’s truly become a wonderful part of our lives. The community here is fantastic – it really feels like a big, friendly family. There’s always something to do, and it’s definitely the best place in town!” report abuse

  “We’ve really enjoyed living here over the past two and a half years. The neighbors are a wonderful, welcoming group, and we especially appreciate how approachable and professional the management team is – they’re genuinely likable.   Overall, this mobile home park seems lovely, with a good range of amenities. However, the lot rent is a significant concern – I was quoted $1000 a month initially, which is quite steep and, frankly, difficult for many seniors like myself to manage. It’s disappointing to see these parks becoming unaffordable for a large portion of the 55+ community. report abuse

  “Having been with the company for nearly three years, I’ve experienced some changes in the sales team.   Overall, this place feels like a genuinely supportive community. It’s wonderful to experience that level of care and consideration, particularly when someone’s going through a tough time. I really appreciate the freedom to be myself – I can choose to be social and involved, or keep to myself, without feeling any pressure or any judgment. And I’ve been really impressed with the staff; I haven’t encountered any negativity at all. report abuse

  We absolutely loved our time at this park – it truly felt like the perfect place to enjoy our retirement! The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and we were so impressed with all the activities available to keep us active and healthy. report abuse
