The neighbors are fantastic – so welcoming and friendly, and the management team has always been approachable, professional, and genuinely nice to deal with.   “I really liked the mobile home park – it’s a lovely place with a good selection of amenities. However, the lot rent is a significant drawback. When I was considering it, it was $1000 a month, and that’s just too expensive for many seniors, including myself. It’s a shame that these parks are becoming so costly.” report abuse

  “We absolutely loved our time at this park! After searching the East Valley for the perfect place to enjoy our retirement, we found a truly wonderful spot. The management and staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
