  Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of my repairs after the storm. As a first-time customer navigating insurance and repairs, I felt completely taken advantage of. Instead of providing clear, itemized estimates for each area needing work, they essentially used my insurance payout to dictate their invoice, even though the work wasn't fully completed and wasn’t done as I’d originally discussed. I repeatedly requested a detailed estimate throughout the two-month process, but never received one. And, unfortunately, the quality of the work itself is shown in the attached picture – it’s clear the skirting repair is substandard. report abuse
