  “Trevor was fantastic – he not only did a thorough job inspecting and estimating the project, but he actually took the initiative to fix some misplaced tiles blown loose by the wind, something the other companies would have charged me $800 for. He really knew his stuff, advising against a complete roof replacement when he correctly identified the existing tiles and underlay were still in great condition. It was clear he had a lot of experience. The roofers who installed the new flat roof worked incredibly hard in very hot weather and got the job done efficiently and professionally – I was really impressed with their dedication. Trevor was my main point of contact throughout the entire process, and I was really impressed with how quickly they addressed a couple of issues – the A/C wire was disconnected and the evaporative cooler drain was damaged. Mark Daniel’s team stepped in and got everything fixed up really well. I was so grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism. I actually booked them based on Mark Daniel’s great work and the positive reviews I’d read.   “We were so pleased with Icon Roofing – Zac and his team were fantastic! It’s clear they’re a really considerate, family-run business. They worked on our home for about four days, and the results are absolutely fantastic. What really stood out was how meticulous they were, saving almost all of our original roof tiles and keeping us completely in the loop with daily progress photos through their client portal. It was great to see exactly what was happening and knowing everything was being done properly. They also took the time to address some issues with the original construction, which we really appreciated. We did encounter a couple of unexpected problems – the roof needed more materials than initially estimated – but Icon Roofing was completely upfront about the added costs, and we felt that was a fair price for the quality of work. Honestly, considering we wanted a roof that would last for decades, it was worth investing in a company that wouldn't cut corners. Our neighbor used a cheaper company, and their roof looks pretty rough, so we’re so glad we chose Icon Roofing – we have complete confidence in our new roof!” report abuse
