They did an amazing job tackling the old roof, which hadn't been replaced since 2008 and had two layers to remove, and they were incredibly meticulous. Austin, our representative, was fantastic – always available to answer our questions and he even came back after the work was done to check in with my husband. Luis, the foreman, was also fantastic, really professional and explained everything they were doing clearly. The crew was large and they worked very efficiently.   “I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received from Mulcock Roofing. It started with a small leak in my bedroom, and despite several attempts to get them to address it, the problem just kept getting worse, especially with the recent rain. They sent out a few people, but nothing seemed to truly fix it. Now, after multiple rainstorms, the leak has escalated to the point where I’ve suffered damage to my room wall and carpet, and shockingly, I’m now dealing with water coming from my downstairs ceiling. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Mulcock Roofing unless absolutely necessary. I’ll update my review once the issue is fully resolved, but for now, I’m standing by this feedback.” report abuse

Steve and his team are absolutely fantastic. They’ve replaced both shingle and tile roofs, plus patio roofs, and the quality of their work and the value they offer is outstanding. Honestly, I’ve been wanting to recommend them for years because they’re the only roofing company I trust.
