  Overall, my experience was surprisingly positive. Despite some negative feedback, I found the service to be incredibly efficient – I was in and out in under an hour. The staff were really friendly and everything ran smoothly, so I have nothing negative to report. report abuse

  I’d absolutely give them zero stars. I was there to deliver a product and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff, specifically the guy at the front desk – Eddie – completely disregarded truckers and clearly didn't value our time. He treated us like we were nothing. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the price I was quoted for shingles. $60 for a bundle seemed incredibly high, especially considering another supplier was offering a square for $120 – that’s three of my bundles! When I pointed this out, they just shrugged and said it was ‘normal.’ It felt like they were just taking advantage of me, a smaller customer. It’s clear they prioritize big companies and offer them better deals, which is frustrating. I definitely won’t be returning to ABC Supply.” report abuse

  “Overall, the service was really excellent. I had a skylight installed, but there was a small mix-up – a clerical error with the type of skylight ordered. Thankfully, my installer was really proactive and realized the mistake quickly. He took the wrong skylight to another job across town to correct it, and I really appreciated his honesty and quick thinking. I spoke to Steve about it, and he was incredibly helpful.” report abuse

  “I contacted them to get a price quote, and unfortunately, their prices were noticeably higher – about 20% more than what other local suppliers were offering.   I was incredibly frustrated and frankly, quite upset by the way I was treated. I simply asked to speak to a manager, but it took me four separate requests before someone finally acknowledged my need. It was a really disappointing experience. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the service I received. They quickly located a replacement clay tile for my roof and had it delivered to me by a friendly gentleman on a forklift – it was all done in just five minutes! Absolutely the best service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks, ABC!” report abuse

  “If you’re looking to buy individual tiles, just be aware you’ll need to head out to the yard to retrieve them yourself. Luckily, I was shown exactly where to find what I was after, and I was able to get the roof tiles – they cost around $10 each.” report abuse
