  “Honestly, we were really disappointed with this company’s security services. While the technicians were friendly and helpful, which we heard from others, the service quickly deteriorated. We experienced a lot of issues – the cameras stopped working consistently, and we had some serious problems with our billing, including incorrect automatic charges.” report abuse

It felt like they just didn't understand my needs, and frankly, the support I received felt dismissive.   I’m very disappointed with the repeated visits from your sales team. It’s unacceptable that they’ve continued to knock on my door despite the clearly visible “No Soliciting” sign. I don’t understand how this could be happening, but it’s clear that they aren’t respecting my property boundaries. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Michael was initially very persuasive, but ultimately left without completing the work he promised, taking my equipment with him. The company hasn't responded to my attempts to get in touch with management, and it feels like they simply abandoned the project and me. Seriously, beware of this company and especially be cautious of Michael – he seems to use a lot of empty promises. report abuse
