We’d been looking for a way to modernize things, and he proposed upgrading our existing system and adding Ring cameras, which sounded fantastic.   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with On Point. They absolutely delivered on everything they promised, and the alarm system is fantastic. I did need a little help getting familiar with the camera app, but they sent a technician out who patiently walked me through everything. It was a very positive experience. report abuse
