  “It’s incredibly frustrating – and honestly, quite concerning – that our security system suddenly stopped providing camera history. We’d been relying on that history for two years without any issues, and then, out of the blue, we were told we needed an upgrade just to access it.   Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this service. The equipment just isn’t performing as expected, and we’re paying a significant monthly fee for that. To add to the frustration, the customer service has been incredibly rude and unresponsive. I would strongly recommend looking for an alternative provider. report abuse

  “I’ve been really frustrated with the Automated Door Technology installation. Over the past two years, I’ve consistently run into issues – the motion sensors, both front and back, weren’t installed properly and needed replacing.   “I’m revising my previous review to reflect a deeply concerning experience. Despite having a clear ‘no soliciting’ sign on my property, individuals repeatedly ignored it and altered its appearance. Adding to my frustration, the salesperson was incredibly rude and dishonest. I’m documenting this incident and will note the date and time in case anything were to happen to my home due to their unacceptable behavior.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’d strongly advise against using ADT Security Services. My experience since the initial installation has been incredibly frustrating – the technician didn’t seem to do a proper job. report abuse

  “Rep was really persistent, repeatedly calling despite us clearly asking them to stop and pointing out the two ‘no soliciting’ signs. They then tried to pressure us into letting them install a security system – and insisted it was completely free. Honestly, it felt a little pushy and we’re pretty skeptical about the whole ‘free’ offer.” report abuse

  “I have to say, I was really disappointed with Safe Haven & ADT. From the start, I felt like I was being misled, and it turned out the security cameras weren’t working correctly.   “I’ve been really frustrated trying to get my old account closed and moved to our new address since March. Despite multiple calls, it keeps being told that it hasn’t been canceled, and they’ll cancel it – but it then takes another 30 days. To make matters worse, I’m still receiving bills.” report abuse
