  “I’m really frustrated with the recent changes. For two years, the camera system worked perfectly – providing reliable history. However, suddenly it stopped working, and now we’re being asked to pay for access to that history that was previously free.   “I’m really disappointed with this service. The equipment hasn’t been working reliably, and to make matters worse, the customer service I’ve received has been incredibly frustrating and dismissive.   I’m reducing my rating due to a very concerning experience. Despite my clear request to not be disturbed, salespeople repeatedly came to my door. Worse, they disregarded my ‘no soliciting’ sign, making it appear as if I hadn’t put it up. I’m documenting this incident and will be keeping a record of the date and time to ensure I’m protected should anything happen to my property due to their disrespectful and dishonest behavior. report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with this company. We had some equipment installed, but the technician was quite poor and actually damaged our garage during the process.   Honestly, I’d strongly advise against using ADT Security Services. My experience since the initial installation has been incredibly frustrating – the technician didn’t seem to do a proper job. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Safe Haven & ADT. From the start, I felt I was being misled, and the security cameras I installed simply didn’t work as advertised. When I contacted support for assistance, they attempted to charge me a service trip fee, which was completely unacceptable given the cameras’ malfunction. report abuse
