    “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s handling of my sister’s account. After she passed away in February, we discovered an account remained open for a property she no longer lived at. It’s deeply concerning to think someone would exploit a deceased person’s family in this way, and I strongly question the company’s ethics and procedures.” report abuse

We’d been relying on that history for two years without any issues, and then, out of the blue, we were told we needed an upgrade just to access it.     Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this service. The equipment just isn’t performing as expected, and we’re paying a significant monthly fee for that. To add to the frustration, the customer service has been incredibly rude and unresponsive. I would strongly recommend looking for an alternative provider. report abuse

Over the past two years, I’ve consistently run into issues – the motion sensors, both front and back, weren’t installed properly and needed replacing.     “Rep was really persistent, repeatedly calling despite us clearly asking them to stop and pointing out the two ‘no soliciting’ signs. They then tried to pressure us into letting them install a security system – and insisted it was completely free.
