  Honestly, my experience with Gary and his answering service was incredibly frustrating. It was really difficult to get in touch with him – he only uses an answering service and doesn’t take calls himself. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. The customer service is completely unresponsive – they haven’t returned any of my calls. Because of this, I’m seriously considering cancelling my service. It’s incredibly frustrating to have two non-functioning fire alarms in my home and not be able to get any help or support. report abuse
