It was incredibly frustrating and upsetting to be let go so abruptly, receiving just a text message with a vague apology.   “Dustin from Octopus Pool Service was fantastic! I had a real issue with my vacuum and he was able to come out on time and quickly fix it.   I was absolutely thrilled with the service we received. The owner was fantastic – he really took the time to understand exactly what needed to be done and clearly explained the options, including what was essential and what we could consider adding. The communication was awful – the owner repeatedly missed deadlines for servicing our pool, and the situation left us feeling completely ignored and frustrated.   Dustin has been fantastic for us over the past few years – he’s really taken care of our pool. He’s always so patient and friendly, and I really appreciated his dedication; he even spent hours working to get those pesky toys out of the filter!
