Overall, our experience was a definite improvement, which is why I’ve upgraded my rating to three stars. We recently had carpet installed – thankfully, everything went smoothly this time after a previous frustrating experience. They really do have fantastic prices and a huge selection, and we were pleased with the remnant carpet we found. However, we’re still struggling with their customer service. We placed a special order for tile and were given a delivery ETA of just two days, but it’s now been over two weeks! We’ve been given vague answers – “they don’t know” – repeatedly, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve paid in full. It seems like they’re struggling to track orders or communicate updates, and we're left wondering where our tile is. It’s a shame because when they have what you need in stock, the prices are great, but the lack of reliable information is a major issue.

“I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I discovered that one of my boxes was missing two sheets of tile after I’d already received it and signed for it. Despite this, the staff were friendly and the selection was good, but ultimately, it wasn’t a fair deal. They were loading up boxes that were only partially full, and they weren’t willing to compensate me for the missing tiles.”

“I’ve used this tile shop before and was really impressed with their huge selection – they have everything! Prices were reasonable too. I was hoping to find pre-formed granite slabs for my parents, but they’d unfortunately stopped carrying those at the time. We did manage to find some marble, but unfortunately one broke while we were selecting it. The staff were incredibly understanding and handled our request for a refund perfectly. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my clients.”

Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this experience. We needed just ten 18x36 tiles for a small repair, and we ended up paying $500 for them. After waiting a full 25 minutes, my wife politely inquired about the delay, and the owner responded by saying they had to hand-load 45 tiles – despite it only being ten. It felt incredibly dismissive and frankly, ridiculous. He then radioed to the forklift driver that we were being impatient, which was completely unfair. I’ll be honest, it felt like they were trying to make us feel bad. We’ll never be going back there – they’ve lost our business entirely. The staff were friendly, but the owner needs a serious attitude adjustment.

“I was really pleased with my purchase – the prices were great and the quality of the Italian ceramic tiles was fantastic. The delivery charge was a little high, but considering the overall value, I definitely feel like I got a really good deal, especially since I had a professional install them myself rather than going with Imperial’s pricing.”

“I recently finished a complete house remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Imperial Wholesale provided everything – flooring, tile, and countertops – and I want to give a huge shout-out to Luke for his fantastic service. He was incredibly professional, fair, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Imperial Wholesale and Luke specifically!”

“We had a really disappointing experience purchasing two pallets of marble tiles. We received a significant amount of damaged product – seven tiles were completely broken and seventeen had cracks and chipped corners. When we tried to get a replacement, the salesperson was incredibly rude and only exchanged ten tiles, leaving us with no choice but to purchase additional tiles at a higher price. Once we started the project, we felt completely at the mercy of the store, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience overall.”

I absolutely love my new flooring! My husband and I had been searching for ages to find the perfect light limestone – we’d tried everything from tile to travertine – and finally, thanks to Imperial Wholesale, we found exactly what we were looking for at just the right price. I was so impressed with Luke and the team at Imperial Wholesale. They not only had a fantastic selection of 12x24 limestone in the perfect shade, but they also provided incredible customer service and got it delivered on time. Seriously, if you're looking for flooring in the Valley, I highly recommend stopping by their Mesa location – Luke and the team really go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed completely unprepared and offered no real assistance – they’d show you an item and then immediately deflect responsibility if it was already sold. Worse, they tried to pass it off as a “custom order” with a 90-day wait, demanding payment upfront. It felt like a bunch of people playing with expensive toys, completely disregarding customer needs. The service was consistently rude and disrespectful, and the attitude was remarkably unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for decent customer service; I’d urge you to shop elsewhere – you’ll be treated poorly if you go here.”

“I was really pleased with the tiles – they look fantastic! And I have to say, the installation crew was brilliant. They were quick, efficient, and did a truly high-quality job. A big thanks to Ron and his team, and also to Alex and Luke at Imperial for their excellent service.”
