  “I was really impressed with Riley’s professionalism. While I was at the home and garden show, I left my truck door unlocked with my tools visible, and he took the initiative to watch over it. When I came back, he was locking up and left me a note – a really thoughtful touch. It’s clear he has a strong sense of integrity, and you can tell you’re dealing with someone you can trust.   Overall, it was a really positive experience. Riley was punctual, which we really appreciated. The installation took a bit longer than anticipated, but we didn't mind too much. We did have a small leak issue that popped up after the first big rain, but Riley responded incredibly quickly – he was out the next day to fix the window. We’ve always been happy with Milgard’s quality, and the price was fair. report abuse

  Jason came to my home to give me an estimate for a new window and door, and he seemed really confident about the job, promising to send me an estimate that same day. However, I never received it, and despite multiple emails to the main office over the next couple of weeks, I was ultimately told they couldn't take on the project. It felt like a complete waste of my time and frankly, incredibly unprofessional. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesperson, but he never showed up. It was a complete waste of my time and gas money, and I was incredibly disappointed that I didn’t receive any follow-up call or apology. To add to the issue, the glass they were selling seemed quite inexpensive. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this dealership.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an in-home estimate and they completely missed their appointment, offering no chance to reschedule for the day. It took me five calls to even get a response, and they insisted they hadn’t been able to reach me – which is surprising since I didn’t receive any missed call notifications. Because of this lack of communication and organization, I wasted my entire morning. I also questioned why they had an appointment scheduled in the first place if it wasn't actually available. Honestly, the whole situation left a very negative first impression, and my time is valuable, so I wasn't interested in pursuing anything further. report abuse
