  “Overall, the warranty process for this Simonton patio door was a bit lengthy, but Grizzly’s service was fantastic. They took over the warranty after Simonton, and while dealing with a larger company like Cornerstone Building Brands can be tricky, Abigail at Grizzly was a real lifesaver. She was incredibly responsive, always returned my calls quickly, and really drove the process of getting a replacement part moving forward. I’d definitely recommend Grizzly!” report abuse

  “Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. We hired them to install seven windows and two sliders, and from the start it was a mess. They sent us the completely wrong sliding glass door, left the whole work site covered in trash – which I had to clean up myself – and then, unbelievably, they put a lean on our house simply because I wouldn’t pay for the incorrect door until it was properly fixed. We ended up with five separate visits to our home over four months, and despite the work finally being done, we still haven’t received a receipt or the warranty information they promised. I’ve called multiple times, and it’s been nothing but a series of delays and excuses. It’s unbelievable how difficult it’s been to get basic paperwork, especially in today’s world. It feels like they were more interested in getting paid quickly than actually providing good service.” report abuse
