“Shibu was fantastic! I contacted him early at 9am needing a foundation inspection for a buyer with an expiring option, and the weather was really cold – below freezing. Despite that, he arrived promptly at 10am and sent over the detailed report the same day. He was incredibly efficient and really saved us from having to request an extension.
