  “I recently hired RSH Engineering, Inc. to thoroughly inspect my new custom-built home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Initially, I’d had a standard inspection done, but the inspector recommended I consult an engineer, which I did, after speaking with Mr. Matthew Joseph at RSH. From the start, Matthew’s professionalism and knowledge were really impressive. He went through the previous inspection report with a critical eye and quickly identified some serious foundation issues and code violations in the attic – things the first inspector had missed, even with the photos. It really highlighted the difference between a general home inspection and a proper structural assessment, which is what you get with a licensed engineer. Matthew and his team were incredibly efficient, especially given the tight 7-day timeframe for my due diligence. They delivered a detailed report with over 120 recommended repairs, and thankfully, the builder agreed to most of them, even offering credits for some additional improvements.   “It was a really tough time after the Valleyview tornado – my home was completely wrecked, and I was understandably desperate for help from my insurance company. Sadly, I was repeatedly denied, which just left me feeling completely overwhelmed and ignored. Determined to fight back, I found Mathew Joseph, P.E., an independent engineer who really understood my situation. He helped me understand what to look for and, thankfully, we discovered hidden water damage I hadn’t noticed before. When the insurance company still denied the claim, citing ‘wear and tear,’ I knew I needed a more objective assessment. That's when RSH Engineering stepped in. They meticulously examined my entire roof, attic, and foundation, uncovering significant hail damage and leaks that the insurance company had missed. Matthew performed a really thorough inspection as part of my builder’s warranty, and we uncovered a significant number of issues – over 200, actually – that needed to be addressed. Because of Matthew’s detailed work and his insistence on follow-up, I was able to get everything fixed and replaced.
