  Ciro and Trinity did a fantastic job with our renovation – they were incredibly professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process, and finished the HVAC and electrical work on schedule. We’d absolutely recommend them and definitely use their services again. report abuse

  I can’t stress this enough: do not use Ciro Pennino. I hired him for a complete HVAC system replacement and the work was absolutely appalling. He smashed the refrigerant line, permanently sealing it with pliers and brazing – a blatant code violation that I’ve already reported to the authorities. Worse, he didn't even bother to check the condensate lines, which were backing up and causing damage to my kitchen ceiling, damage I had to fix myself. To add to the disaster, both of the overflow switches designed to prevent this kind of issue were completely non-functional. On top of all that, there was a random hole in the air handler made with a hammer and screwdriver! I chose him based on his supposedly excellent 5-star rating, but I now suspect those reviews are heavily influenced or completely fabricated. It’s clear he’s unreliable and doesn't care about following regulations. Paying $7500 for this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. report abuse
