“I’m incredibly concerned about what happened on my street. Workmen arrived and began removing perfectly functional lampposts, and when my father questioned them, they responded with a threatening exchange with the electrician. I have video evidence of this, along with three witnesses who are willing to provide statements. I’m really hoping to show this to management and see how they plan to address this serious situation – especially given the potential for violence. Beyond that, they also damaged the sidewalk and didn’t properly repair it, as you can see in the photo I’ve included. It’s disheartening to see a company with a six-year contract behaving this way, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. I need to understand what steps will be taken to investigate this and ensure something like this doesn't happen again.”
