  Overall, I’d give Dylan & the team a solid 4 out of 5. They did a fantastic job with the final ironwork – it looks great! However, the initial start of the project took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Dylan was really upfront about the change in scope, letting me know they couldn't proceed with the ironwork a few months after I’d signed the contract, and he kept me informed throughout. Once they got going, he really stuck with it and delivered a great result. report abuse

  I was genuinely blown away by the Lonewolf Crew – from the initial sales through to the final stages of the project. Honestly, I’m a pretty skeptical person and work under a lot of pressure, but this team completely put me at ease. Everyone was incredibly positive and energetic, and they consistently went above and beyond to meet my needs and keep me informed.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Lone Wolf Renovations. Dylan Manale was incredibly helpful, really taking the hassle out of dealing with my insurance adjuster and saving me a significant amount of time. The price was very fair, and I appreciated the guidance they offered when selecting my tile. The crew was professional and punctual – they arrived on time and worked diligently, nearly finishing the job in one day, though a rain shower delayed them slightly. They completed the roof the following morning, and it looks absolutely fantastic! They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves, which I really appreciated.
