  “I want to strongly advise against hiring Adriana Castro. I’ve had two very negative experiences with her business, and I’m concerned about her professionalism and reliability. Initially, she hired me to restore a bar counter top in a Key Biscayne restaurant – a job we agreed was worth $800 after my team completed the work. After finishing it to a high standard, she then tried to reduce the price, even though we’d already established the agreed amount. She subsequently left a negative review, despite the owner approving the finished product. This wasn’t an isolated incident. I’d previously worked for her on a different job, addressing stains on a front entrance floor caused by previous contractors. Again, the owner was unhappy despite my efforts, citing issues with the overall remodeling work. Adriana frequently starts multiple jobs simultaneously and doesn't seem to prioritize finishing one properly before moving on, often putting pressure on subcontractors. Overall, I found her to be lacking in professionalism, detail, and a clear understanding of project management. I would urge anyone considering hiring her to think very carefully before doing so.” report abuse
