  “We were so relieved to find Augusto and his team at Nova Design Builders. Getting new walls installed in our condo required a permit, so we spent a lot of time researching licensed contractors. We quickly realized most were either ridiculously expensive or completely misleading – one even tried to tell us we couldn’t have windows at the top of the walls because of our high ceilings! Thankfully, Augusto was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly straightforward and professional from the start, and we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He worked with us to design and price out the job, and his team executed everything flawlessly, with absolutely no unexpected cost increases. Augusto has been incredibly responsive, always keeping us updated and answering all our questions promptly and professionally. He even navigated the tricky process of working with our condo property manager.
