  I was really looking forward to getting a quote for some new fencing, and the initial guy I spoke with was very pleasant. He promised a quote would be sent that day, which I was thrilled about. However, four days later, I still hadn’t received it, so I sent a follow-up email, but I didn’t get a response. Then, when I called to check on it, I was told a quote would arrive today – but still nothing. I’m quite disappointed with the lack of communication. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with Allen Brothers. I’ve scheduled multiple repairs, called repeatedly, and they’ve never actually shown up. I even spoke with the owner who apologized for the delays, but the problem persists. It seems they’re completely overwhelmed and unable to manage their workload – a real shame, as they clearly need to find a better solution. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with Allen Brothers. I’ve scheduled three separate appointments for them to repair my fence, and they haven’t shown up a single time. I’ve spoken to the owner, but the problem persists. I wouldn’t recommend using their service – it’s just a waste of time. report abuse

  I wasn’t happy with this company’s service. I contacted them to get an estimate for a privacy fence, and they spent a significant amount of time – over 280 feet – measuring the area. After that, I never heard back from them at all. I followed up a week later with a call, but still haven't received a return call. I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse
