  “My wife and I were so pleased with the recent installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit by Aire Serv. Mike C and Eric H were fantastic – they were both incredibly professional and efficient. They even sent us an email with a photo of Mike before the appointment, which was a really nice touch. They arrived right on time at 9:00 AM and had the old units out and the new ones installed by around 3:00 PM. Importantly, they took the time to clean up the work area, leaving everything exactly as they found it. The new furnace is working perfectly, and we’re really happy with the whole experience. We’ve been using Aire Serv – formerly Comfort One – for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their service, including the helpful inspections they’ve done.   “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When my elderly mother’s furnace stopped working, I called after hours and they were incredibly responsive, sending a technician out within an hour. He was a really nice young man, did a thorough job, and got her furnace running again quickly. While it was a bit pricier than I expected, knowing my mom was warm and comfortable was absolutely worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.” report abuse

  “Overall, my experience with Aire Serv was pretty disappointing, to be honest. They presented a very polished, corporate image – lots of marketing and requests for reviews. The technician did a professional job diagnosing the issue with the inducer motor, but the price they quoted – nearly $1,000 to replace it – was shockingly high. I ended up getting a second opinion from a local, family-owned company, and they offered the same part, with the same warranty and service level, for almost half the price. It really highlighted how much those top-of-Google ads can cost – I suspect they were paying a significant amount for those clicks. It’s definitely worth getting multiple estimates before going with Aire Serv; you’ll likely find a much more reasonable price. I was much happier with the service I received from the local company – it’s a good reminder that sometimes, you’re paying a premium for brand recognition.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Aire Serv. They responded incredibly quickly to our call and the price was really good for our area. Zachary Millisor, the technician who came out, was fantastic – he was so professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and he really took the time to understand our needs and recommend the perfect furnace for our home without any pressure to buy extra things. He arranged for the installation to happen right away, which was a huge relief, and he explained everything thoroughly while doing a really neat job cleaning up afterward.   I absolutely couldn’t be happier with my experience with Aire Serv of Southern Michigan. My AC suddenly died, and they were able to get someone out to diagnose the problem – they determined it was just too old to repair, thankfully they quickly provided a quote for a new unit which was surprisingly affordable. What really impressed me was their responsiveness; they scheduled the replacement for the next day, and unbelievably, they had the exact unit in stock! Eric Hughes, the technician who did the installation, was fantastic. He was incredibly efficient, the AC was running when I got home from work, and he even took the time to show me how to change the filter and program my thermostat – even though they didn’t install that part. The whole basement looked cleaner after he was done. You could tell they took pride in their work, checking everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Southern Michigan – especially Eric Hughes; he’s a truly skilled and professional installer. I’m also thrilled with the new allergy filter they installed; it’s making a huge difference! report abuse

The office staff kept us updated and even called to let us know when the technician was on his way, which was really appreciated. Our new Bryant 926t furnace and legacy 3 1/2 ton A/C unit was installed just 10 days after we committed, and Mike, Brian, and Scott were all fantastic – professional, courteous, and made the whole experience really easy.
