The job itself – moving a fridge across the room – was straightforward, but he then damaged the hose connection outside, and it’s been nearly nine months since he promised to fix it. Communication has been a huge issue; he’s consistently ignored my texts and calls.   Joe from [Company Name] was fantastic! We got quotes from a few different companies for attic insulation, and Joe really stood out. He took the time to understand our needs, and then he actually went up into our attic and thoroughly checked everything. He identified some issues – HVAC leaks and a roof leak we hadn’t even noticed – that the other companies completely missed. At first, I was a little hesitant thinking he was trying to upsell us, but he was very clear that he didn't handle HVAC or roofing work and advised us to get those issues taken care of by specialists. Thankfully, we got those problems fixed and found his price was comparable to the others. But honestly, the level of service he provided was exceptional; he truly went above and beyond.
