  Troy from Constellation Home was absolutely fantastic! He came to Upper Marlboro to fix our oven/microwave unit, and honestly, he was by far the most professional and helpful technician we’ve ever had. He clearly knew his stuff – he was incredibly knowledgeable about the appliance and quickly diagnosed the problem. What really stood out was how methodical he was; he didn’t just jump to a conclusion. He carefully examined everything, adjusted his approach when he realized the initial diagnosis was wrong, and had all the right tools and parts ready to go. We were so impressed, especially compared to a really bad experience we had with BGE HOME previously. They completely botched a repair, damaging our cabinets while pulling the microwave out. This time, Troy was just the opposite – meticulous, thorough, and really focused on doing the job right. He explained everything so clearly, and he even let us test the microwave before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Troy really represented Constellation Home very well, and we’d definitely recommend him. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Constellation. We paid $14,000 for two air conditioning units, expecting a professional installation and a system that would actually keep our home comfortable. Unfortunately, the salesperson, Mike Plummer, seriously underestimated the size needed for our house – he completely missed our bedroom and study during the installation. Even worse, after we discovered this, the installation manager, Nicky Guzman, sent out multiple technicians who just offered temporary band-aid solutions, never fixing the core problem. Now, our A/C bills have jumped nearly $200 a month just to get our bedroom remotely cool, and it’s still incredibly hot in there at night. Constellation hasn't taken any responsibility for this massive mistake and continues to avoid providing the correct system we were promised. It’s been a complete waste of money and a huge inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering Constellation to steer clear – they lack integrity and haven’t delivered on their promises. report abuse

  Don’s fantastic – he’s always a pleasure to work with. He really took the time to explain my thermostat and helped me understand my system much better than I initially did when I first got my home a year ago.
