Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company for a residential sprinkler inspection – it’s simply not worth the $400. We had a really frustrating experience from start to finish. We started trying to book an appointment back in January, and it took months of repeated calls and broken promises of callbacks. Getting Mike to stick to a scheduled time was nearly impossible; it felt like we were relying on luck to get him to our property. The initial inspection in March failed, and even after we quickly fixed the issue, it took nearly two months to get him to acknowledge the changes and re-inspect the system. To top it off, the final paperwork – an affidavit – was delayed for a month and initially done incorrectly, requiring multiple emails to the entire team to get a corrected version. It’s clear they don’t prioritize residential customers, as we didn’t receive any response to my feedback about the poor service. It’s a shame because Mike himself seems like a competent professional, but the real problem lies with the company’s overall lack of organization and communication.

“I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. I have a serious leaking fire sprinkler system and, despite being told someone would call me 72 hours ago, I still haven’t heard anything. The fact that their system advertises 24/7 emergency response is completely misleading. It’s unacceptable to ignore a problem of this magnitude. I’m waiting for them to contact me to update this review.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Front-Line. Charlie and his team were fantastic – incredibly reliable and really understood what was needed to complete the job, both commercial and residential. They handled all the necessary coordination with the local fire department and even provided in-house engineering drawings. It’s a truly full-service operation, and if you’re looking for a dependable and professional team, Front-Line is definitely worth considering – you won’t be let down.”

“I couldn’t be happier with Front-Line Fire Protection. They really stepped up when I needed a big job done quickly, and Charlie and his team were fantastic. He was there the very next day to assess the situation, gave me a really competitive quote – significantly lower than others – and the job was completed in just 54 hours! Brandon, their tech, was incredible too; he tackled the entire project himself in a single day and exceeded all my expectations. It’s so reassuring to work with a company that delivers on its promises and provides such excellent value. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlie and the team at Front-Line Fire Protection.”

“I had a fantastic experience working with Front-Line. Charlie was particularly outstanding – he was incredibly professional, really knowledgeable, and I could always trust his judgment. His team was also fantastic; they’re hardworking, friendly, and have excellent communication skills – truly top-notch ambassadors for the brand. The quality of their work was consistently high, and they handled both large and small projects with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend Front-Line and would be more than happy to provide a reference.”

I had to get a sprinkler system installed in my new house because the town required it, and I contacted a few contractors. Unfortunately, some of them seemed to be trying to upsell me, but Charlie from Frontline was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kept his promises – everything was done on time and according to his estimates. Plus, their pricing was very fair. I wholeheartedly recommend Frontline!

“I was incredibly pleased with Charlie and his team. They were both polite and incredibly efficient – they completed our family’s sprinkler system in just two weeks! To top it off, their quote was the most competitive out of the three I received. I’d absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.”

“This was incredibly frustrating. I’d been coordinating with a Mike from Frontline Fire Protection, and everything seemed to be on track until I called to confirm his arrival time. He promised to call me back within 45 minutes, but he never did. When I called again after the scheduled time, I was disconnected. It turns out the company itself was also confused about who this Mike was. They’ve assured me they’ll get in touch, as they have a Mike who handles scheduling, but this has completely thrown off my timeline for the fire system inspection, and I’ve had to take time off work to deal with it.”

“I was really pleased with the work Front Line Protection did for Frugal Furniture in Chelsea. They were incredibly professional, completed the job on time, and did a fantastic job overall. I’d definitely recommend them for any fire protection needs.”

“I was incredibly impressed with this company! They really stepped up when I needed someone to start a project quickly – they got it done professionally within just 72 hours. They installed a sprinkler system in my three-family building renovation, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
