“We absolutely love our new home built by Jason Thomas Homes! From start to finish, the whole team – Jason, Chris, Michelle, and the entire crew – were fantastic. They were incredibly thorough, really listened to our needs and helped us create the perfect layout for our family. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and responsiveness. Plus, they worked seamlessly with all the vendors, making the whole process so smooth. We couldn’t recommend them enough – 10/10!”

“I had a really difficult experience working with Jason Kratochwill back in 2015, and I wouldn’t recommend him. While he was a decent salesperson, his skills as a builder were lacking. There were serious issues with the quality of the materials – I specifically pointed out warped framing lumber that needed to be replaced, but he dismissed it, insisting it met industry standards even though a subcontractor was willing to fix it. His management of the project was poor, and he struggled with communication, causing frustration among the subcontractors and even the building inspector. He also wouldn’t provide a firm completion date, which is something I’ve never encountered with any other builder.”

Jason from Jason Thomas Homes was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions, and we really appreciated his professional approach throughout the entire asbestos removal project.
