  Chris and his team were fantastic! I called them about a leak and he was able to squeeze us in same day, even though he was already busy. He quickly identified and fixed the problem – he even had the drywall cut and repaired in no time. I highly recommend them! report abuse

  Chris was fantastic – we’re so pleased with his work. He’s a really skilled plumber who does a great job and is very reasonable in price. What really stood out was how reliable and responsive he was, always getting back to us quickly.   “I was really impressed with Christ Smith’s service. When our hot water heater flooded our basement, he was incredibly prompt – he came out the next day and quickly got a new heater installed.   Mr. Smith was a really helpful and trustworthy guy. His wife, Mrs. Smith, was incredibly responsive and took detailed notes about my septic problem. She even spoke to Mr. Smith and he followed up quickly, advising me to call Roto Rooter – which turned out to be exactly what I needed. He saved me a lot of money and I’ll definitely be calling him first if I have any further issues. report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with this service. The plumber tried to charge me an exorbitant $75 for a very basic hose bib part – I’d seen the same one at Home Depot for a fraction of the price. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and my property, completely disregarding the fact that I’m a local resident. Honestly, the inflated price and opportunistic approach were completely unacceptable, especially considering I’ve seen legal professionals in this area charge less per hour. report abuse

  “Overall, the service was fantastic. He responded quickly after the water heater flooded, arriving by 8 am and completely replacing the unit and doing some necessary repairs by noon.   “Unfortunately, this was a really challenging experience. The contractor was consistently late and struggled to complete projects on schedule. They also insisted on paying the full amount upfront and then disappeared without finishing the work, leaving me with no option but to dispute the charge with my bank.” report abuse
