  Charlie and his assistant did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem – it was a really tricky situation that initially looked like it might be related to the water heater. Despite the initial concern, they skillfully investigated and discovered it was actually a blocked condensate drain. It was great to finally have the mystery solved! report abuse

  “The plumbers did a fantastic job getting my hot water problem solved! They arrived on time, took the time to really diagnose the issue – they explained that the old water heater wasn’t worth repairing and needed to be replaced, which was really helpful. They replaced the water heater and shutoff valve, and even added a pan with an alarm for extra peace of mind. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and the plumbers themselves were really friendly and personable. The dispatcher was also great, quickly scheduling the appointment and being very helpful. The price was competitive with other quotes I’d gotten.” report abuse

  DSMarr was fantastic – so helpful getting those four bags of salt delivered and he even dumped two of them for me, which was a huge relief since 50 pounds is way too much for me to manage. He also did a really quick and excellent job replacing our master bathroom showerhead. I really appreciated his friendly and helpful attitude, and he even took the time to go over a few other tasks I've had with Putman and gave me some good advice on when to reschedule them.
