“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this experience. We commissioned a structural inspection and fully paid for the report, but it wasn’t completed as scheduled. Worse, the Director of Engineering, Todd Maurizzio, refused to carry out the inspection due to the weather, and his response was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive via email. Because of this, we cannot recommend this service.”

“Scott and Fusco did a fantastic job with our land survey for the lake house. They actually delivered the survey a week ahead of schedule, which was a huge help in coordinating everything. We’d definitely recommend them!”

“I had a really frustrating experience with this contractor. The blueprints themselves were shockingly poor – a complete waste of $4500 for a 1400 square foot space, nearly double what I’ve heard others pay. They were incredibly basic and inaccurate, and it caused a huge problem because every contractor working on the project kept pointing out the errors and questioning who created them. To make matters worse, after I’d already paid for the blueprints, I was then hit with an additional $800 fee to get the final sign-off needed for my Certificate of Occupancy. I felt completely stuck and pressured to pay it, despite the poor quality of the work. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend using this contractor – a truly terrible experience.”
-
“I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. After a couple of initial emails, they completely disappeared – no response to any of my calls, emails, or even when I visited their office. As a result, my project was significantly delayed by three weeks. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with them.”
-
“We were absolutely thrilled with the work Fusco Engineering did for us. Scott and his team were fantastic – incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. After a terrible customer service interaction, they not only kept my deposit but also failed to provide me with the promised survey and haven’t responded to any of my requests for a refund. It’s been over two months with no resolution – it’s really frustrating and frankly, quite shameful how they’ve handled this.”
