Overall, the installer did a solid job with the furnace replacement – they removed the old unit and installed the new one efficiently through my home warranty. It was a straightforward job and I’d definitely recommend them again.

Brian did a really thorough job – he was knowledgeable, arrived promptly, and was very courteous. He even took pictures of the leaking ductwork, which is held together with a lot of duct tape. He’s going to submit a report with those photos to American Home Shield, and they’ll decide whether or not they’ll cover the cost of replacing it. I’ll update my review once I hear back from them about the warranty.
