  Ryan was absolutely fantastic! We got back from our vacation to a broken air conditioner, and he was there first thing the next morning to fix it. It turned out to be a cute little mouse family who’d made themselves at home – Ryan took care of everything, even removing the babies and sealing up the hole to prevent any future problems.   Overall, I’m really pleased with the new central air system R.P. Carder installed for me. Ryan was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he really took the time to thoroughly assess my basement’s ventilation system, pointing out several issues the other companies missed. While their quote was a bit higher than the others, it was totally worth it considering the level of detail and the thoughtfulness they put into the project, particularly regarding the placement of the AC unit and their long-term approach. The installation itself went smoothly and they were very careful to clean up afterward. Since having the AC and furnace, they’ve performed flawlessly, keeping my home comfortable through both the summer heat and the winter cold. I’d absolutely recommend R.P.   “I can’t recommend this company highly enough! I was completely stuck with a Wisseman Tankless water heater that had stopped working after two weeks, and I’d already wasted so much time and energy trying to get it fixed – I’d contacted several companies and even ended up staying with friends and in hotels. Then Ryan stepped in, and he was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem and had it resolved in just two hours! He answered all my questions and, best of all, set me up with a maintenance program to prevent this from happening again. Dillon and Chaz did a fantastic job installing my new furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat – they were ahead of schedule and had everything up and running in just one day. The unit is working perfectly, and I’d absolutely recommend them.
