  “We hired LAN to assess our geothermal installation, referring specifically to Yogesh. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. We provided him with all the necessary documentation – technical specifications, 3D drawings – but he still couldn’t seem to grasp the core issues. He visited our property, asked questions we’d already covered, and didn’t take a single measurement. Yogesh initially quoted $1800 and estimated a three-week turnaround for a report. However, the report arrived a month late and was largely incomplete, taking him three months to finalize. Worse, he attempted to increase the fee by $600, despite the simple nature of the job and the extensive information we’d supplied. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of our need for assistance. Given the straightforward nature of the project, we strongly advise against using LAN or working with Yogesh.” report abuse
