  Overall, we were incredibly impressed with the team’s work. They truly listened to our specific requirements regarding water runoff and really went above and beyond in developing a plan to replace our huge driveway. A special shout-out to Dave, Mike, Marie, and George – they were fantastic to work with, incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, and made absolutely sure the final result was exactly what we wanted.   “I went with R&R primarily because of the really great word-of-mouth I’d heard – lots of people had told me they did fantastic work. Honestly, I was a little worried about getting to the driveway – it’s quite long and on a pretty steep hill, and other companies had mentioned how challenging it was. But R&R completely exceeded my expectations. They did an absolutely excellent job, and I really appreciated that they stood behind their work and their quality.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with the work done here. The new asphalt resurfacing is already showing significant problems – it’s cracked, with grass growing through it, and the surface is incredibly brittle. There are tire marks, footprints, and heavy cracking caused by the roller/compactor, and the whole thing isn't even level, with noticeable ruts and standing water. R&R seems to be accepting this as “satisfactory and expectable,” which is completely unacceptable. report abuse

  Honestly, we were incredibly disappointed with the work R&R did on our driveway. My dad specifically asked for a double-layer of asphalt to prevent cracking, and they assured him they’d done that. However, within a few months, the driveway started developing huge holes, completely exposing the original asphalt. We’ve contacted them repeatedly, but they just keep saying they’ll get someone out here when they’re in the area – which is impossible since they’re based in Milford, and we live in Brighton. It’s clear they haven’t taken responsibility for their mistake, and we’ve had to spend our own time trying to patch it up ourselves. We strongly advise against using this company. report abuse
