I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing a John Deere 130 riding mower from this dealership. Despite it still being under warranty, the mower has had significant issues from the very beginning – it hasn’t cut properly and the collection bags constantly fall out. Worse, when I brought it in with these problems, they claimed the issues weren’t covered by the warranty, blaming it on my lack of regular maintenance. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that they wouldn’t honor the warranty, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them – you’d be better off going to Home Depot.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the service department at this John Deere dealership. I recently brought in my E140, which had only 30 hours of use, for an engine repair, and they quoted me $1500 to replace the entire engine. To make matters worse, a brand new E140 is only $1800, and the estimated wait time for a replacement was 60 to 90 days! They weren’t willing to offer any trade-in value for my old unit. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with them – it’s the second time they've significantly inflated the cost of repairs. On top of that, I had to pay an additional $200 for pickup and delivery from 146 Supply. Honestly, it feels like a complete rip-off.

It was my first time visiting their parts department, and I was really impressed – the staff were fantastic! I needed a couple of gasket makers and some gloves, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, I wish I had more equipment to buy from them, but I’d definitely recommend them!”

I had a really frustrating experience with this service place. I brought in my 2018 1025R, and when I picked it up, they’d replaced the engine, but the new fuel filter was already completely clogged – and the tank was empty! To top it off, they’d messed up my mower deck settings, taking me nearly an hour to fix. And on top of all that, the service manager was consistently dishonest and misleading when I called to inquire about the repairs. I won’t be going back there again.
