The dispatch fee was a great deal at under $100, and they even credited it back to the repair cost.   Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I used Landry Mechanical after a recommendation from my local propane supplier, and I have to say the plumber they sent was fantastic – he was really efficient. However, I was completely blindsided by the final price the manager quoted after the work was done. I had a gas leak and needed it fixed urgently, and honestly, I should have gotten multiple quotes. The plumber was only there for about an hour and a half, replacing a 4-foot copper gas line, but charged $946.00. Looking back, I feel like I was taken advantage of given the urgency of the situation, and I wouldn’t recommend Landry Mechanical based on this experience.” report abuse

  Landry did a great job installing the washer and dryer and new plumbing upstairs. The guys were really knowledgeable and took their time to do the work properly, and they also cleaned up really well afterward. While it was a little pricier than I anticipated, I’m very happy with the quality of the work. report abuse

  Rosalie did an outstanding job – she went above and beyond by identifying a serious safety concern that wasn’t part of her initial assignment. She immediately brought it to our attention and remained on-site until the problem was completely resolved, which unfortunately kept her working late on Friday.   Joe and Joe did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new boiler and water heater – they were incredibly professional, friendly, and hardworking throughout both days. They arrived bright and early, kept the work area spotless, and patiently answered all my questions. I especially want to give a shout out to Don and his coworker for their excellent work on day two.   Ryan was a fantastic partner throughout this project. He was consistently polite, really easy to work with, and had a great understanding of what we were trying to achieve. What impressed us most was his proactive approach – whenever we faced a challenge, he always came prepared with solid backup plans.
