  Bill and Chesapeake Construction were fantastic to work with. They really delivered on their promises – the Master Suite addition was completed on time and within budget, which was incredibly impressive, especially considering they tackled it during the challenging winter months. We were particularly pleased with the quality of their work and the way they seamlessly incorporated the addition into our 1946 home. They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, and we’ve already recommended them to several friends and neighbors; one of them is currently using them for a significant addition project. report abuse

  “We were really pleased with their work – they gave us a solid estimate and did a fantastic job both inside and out. It was so easy to work with them; they were always friendly and professional. They recently tackled a big porch remodel for us, including new support posts, removing and repainting the railings, and updating our back deck with composite decking.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the renovation of our two bathrooms. From start to finish, the work was outstanding – truly top-notch craftsmanship. They completely gutted the old bathrooms down to the studs and handled everything flawlessly, including the flooring. They expertly reconfigured the space, adding new electrical and plumbing, and installed all new fixtures, toilets, showers, tubs, flooring, tiling, and lighting. It was delivered on time and within budget, and the quality was simply exceptional.
