From start to finish, the team was so friendly, professional, and respectful – we really appreciated their care. We were particularly impressed that they left our house cleaner than they found it; my floors have never been so spotless!     Honestly, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. The person we spoke with was a robot, and it was a terrible experience. It just seemed to repeat itself and wasn't actually listening to our needs – we urgently needed an appointment the same or next day, but it kept trying to book us two weeks in advance. We ended our call in frustration and won’t be contacting them again. It felt like a misguided experiment that’s doing more harm than good. report abuse

She answered all my questions patiently and her work on replacing the floodlight and all the GFCI outlets, plus installing those new circuit breakers, was incredibly accurate and well done.     “I recently had a broken light switch replaced, but unfortunately, after that, two of the outlets in the room stopped working. I was completely baffled, but thankfully, Haas & Sons stepped in. Genny was fantastic – she quickly diagnosed the issue and explained that my electrical panel was outdated and a serious fire hazard. She even provided me with resources to learn more about it. She recommended a full replacement of the panel, outlets, and switches, and she and Blaine did an amazing job getting it all done. They returned the following Monday and completed the work the next day. I’m so relieved and grateful for their professionalism and expertise.
