  “I contacted them to get a couple of minor repairs done around the house. Two people came out, took some measurements, and quoted me $98 for the work. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates or a formal estimate since then – it felt like I paid $98 for about 20 minutes of service.” report abuse

  “Overall, I was really disappointed with the work done on my bay window. The technician took a significantly longer time than initially estimated, nearly double the quoted duration. Furthermore, I was billed twice the agreed-upon budget for the job. The quality of the work was also concerning – the wood replacement resulted in badly miscut pieces, and there was a huge amount of messy caulk applied incorrectly.   “I just wanted to rave about Wayne Ernest and his service yesterday. He was absolutely fantastic – truly a standout handyman. He tackled the job with so much energy and a real sense of urgency, and the quality of his work was just incredible. You could tell he really cared about getting it done right, and he took the time to pay attention to all the details. More than that, he was just a really nice guy and made the whole experience comfortable and friendly.   Overall, I was really impressed with the service. They were incredibly efficient and kept me fully informed with regular updates and notifications. The staff were also really friendly and responsive, answering my questions within 24 hours. While the work itself – replacing a section of my wall – was completed well, the finished result was so seamless it was almost like the renovation never happened, which I really appreciated.
