  We’re absolutely thrilled with the work JAMS Landscaping did for us in Davidsonville. We had a really challenging slope in front of our house, and after getting several estimates, we were so impressed with Felecia and her team. Her design was incredibly detailed and thoughtful, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.   “I was really concerned while watching their van – they were driving incredibly recklessly, speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on Route 32. Honestly, their behavior seemed incredibly careless and put everyone else at risk, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using their services.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with this landscaping company. Over the years, we’ve experienced a consistent lack of care and attention to detail. They repeatedly damaged our trees by piling excessive amounts of mulch around them, and once even pulled out our azaleas before they’d naturally lost their leaves. Their pruning methods were completely haphazard, and they never bothered with basic tasks like raking or weeding. To make matters worse, they’d simply toss debris against the house instead of properly removing it. They also completely failed to address any damage they caused, like broken window well covers or damaged bed edges. I hired them to plant three shrubs, and they just set them in the ground with a huge pile of mulch. Their most recent mistake—using a broad-spectrum herbicide instead of a pre-emergent—effectively killed our entire lawn. The only positive thing I can say is that they do a good job with snow removal, but I wouldn’t trust them with anything living. report abuse

  I cannot recommend this company in any way. My experience was incredibly negative; the display of customer service was appalling, and the division manager, Bill Wasko, completely failed to take accountability for the damage they caused to my property. report abuse
