  Overall, CertaPro did a good job on the work at my property – the crew, especially O’Neill, were fantastic, professional, and punctual. However, I’ve marked it down slightly because a few of the lines weren’t perfectly straight, which is a key detail I was hoping for. Also, I wasn’t notified about a 3.5% credit card charge, and I think it’s important that customers are informed about any additional fees, especially on larger projects. report abuse

Everyone I’ve dealt with, from the office staff to the painters themselves, has been exceptionally courteous and professional. They really went above and beyond on my most recent job, patching and painting my garage. Honestly, the condition of the drywall was rough, and I was considering a full replacement. But CertaPro took a look and assured me they could repair it efficiently, and they absolutely delivered.   CertaPro Painters of SP were absolutely fantastic – honestly, they exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, the whole experience was incredibly smooth and professional. Adrian, the owner, really went above and beyond. He took the time to meet with us, meticulously measured the house, and offered really helpful advice without any pressure to add extra work. He was always responsive and available, and Cari in the office was fantastic too, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about paint samples. Luis and his crew were truly skilled professionals. They were incredibly careful, protecting our furniture, painting with perfect lines, and even did some carpentry and patching work. They were so thorough, vacuuming up every speck of dust at the end of each day. Luis was a huge help too, guiding me through adding wainscoting to our laundry room – he knew exactly what to buy and how much. And as a wonderful bonus, we got to meet their Color Consultant, Rachel. She took the time to understand our style and preferences, and her home visit gave us the confidence we needed to make our color choices. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the attention to detail – it’s rare to find such a reliable and skilled team! report abuse

  I was really pleased with the entire experience. My salesperson was fantastic – always responsive to my questions, and the painting crew did a wonderful job.
